The Recon Group is a ministry dedicated to the formation, training, and preservation of men and women in all relationships provided for them by God across family, work, and community settings.  Its focus is on reconciliation through the grace and guidance of God through Jesus Christ. 

For Whom is Recon Appropriate 

The Recon group, originally formed to assist men through the tumultuous waters of separation or divorce, has expanded its focus to include any man or woman who is being challenged by troublesome relationships (spouses, children, parents, siblings, co-workers, employers, etc.).  It has been formulated to provide a safe, structured, and impacting environment for any man or woman who wants to overcome any affliction of mind, body, or soul.  In short anyone who wishes to reconcile himself with important persons and critical circumstances. 

Recon’s Key Points of Sustainable Differentiation 

1.         Recon is short play on two words, reconnaissance and reconciliation.  Reconciliation in that its “soul” purpose is to first reconcile the participant to God and then for the participant to bring those closest to him or her into reconciliation with God. Reconnaissance in that the intelligence comes from God, through a solid daily connection with Jesus Christ.

2. The Recon Group is not focused on self-improvement but instead self-abandonment. It operates under the core principle that God is sovereign – there is nothing that takes place that He has not either ordained or allowed to take place.

3.  The approach is non-consultative andcreates an environment which invokes God’s Holy Spirit to drive complete transparency and to eliminate competition.
